Everyone Possesses the Capacity for Growth

I strive to create a space where one can feel truly seen, supported, and safe to explore who they are. My therapy room is a place for deep, personal work—uncovering patterns, healing past wounds, and building a stronger connection to self. I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone begins to trust their voice, set meaningful boundaries, and make choices that reflect their values. I believe that everyone possesses the capacity for growth, some just need resources to embark on their transformative journey. Therapy with me won’t always be easy—it can be challenging and uncomfortable at times. But much like lifting heavy weights at the gym, the effort you put in leads to lasting strength and meaningful growth. Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with your inner strength.

Individual Therapy Creates Growth & Healing

Greater Self Awareness

In our work together, you'll have a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. You’ll be invited to slow down and reflect, gaining insight into why you feel the way you do and how your patterns have taken shape. This deeper understanding can open the door to lasting change, greater self-compassion, and more intentional life choices.

Emotional Healing

This is a big one! Often we have built coping mechanisms to deal with our pain and we don’t feel our emotions. Through having a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space, you can process past experiences, feel your emotions in an effort to then reduce emotional pain, and begin to heal from trauma or loss.

Improved Relationships

It’s so interesting that when we improve our relationship to ourselves, we also improve our relationships to others. Sometimes through your own growth you realize some relationships are no longer serving you. This leads to boundary setting which creates more peace internally. It’s a circular process!
